Shipping & Return Policy

All sales are final

hey kikis, let's be mindful of our purchases.

unfortunately, as we go straight into production mode when you placed an order, we cannot cancel your order if you changed your mind or no longer have a need for this item. this also applies to orders placed "by accident" or if you ordered the incorrect item or a rolled canvas instead of a framed, etc.

we also cannot refund orders if you entered a wrong or incomplete shipping address. please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct before placing your order. 

Damaged or Wrong Item

in the highly unlikely event that we sent you a wrong or defective item, please send us a photo and indicate clearly what's wrong with the item or item(s) to hello@kikisclub.com within 7 days of delivery.

our Quality Control team will inspect the item(s) and, upon inspection, happily send you a free replacement or a refund, depending on your choice.

Refund for Custom Kits

unfortunately we do not offer refunds for custom kits.

if it was damaged or incorrect item was shipped, please email us at hello@kikisclub.com within 7 days of delivery so we can rectify the issue.

Refund for Non-Custom Kits

we offer 30-day return / exchange guarantee with all non-custom kits. 

to be eligible, you must first email within 30 days of receiving the order. please make sure the kit is unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Shipping Information (<30 days)

most kits are currently being shipped from our warehouses overseas, and usually take between 10-20 days from date of order. please allow an extra 3-5 days if you ordered a custom kit.

Shipping Delay (60+ days) 

in the event that your order hasn't turned up after 60+ days in transit, it is likely that there's a lot of shipping backlog (e.g. during the holiday shopping season). 

as an apology for the inconvenience, we will extend a full 100% refund on the item or items within the order that are still in transit 60+ days from when you placed your order. you can keep the item(s) when it turns up!

Force Majeure

we will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under this contract arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God; earthquakes; fires; floods; wars; civil or military disturbances; acts of terrorism; sabotage; health crises; strikes; epidemics; riots; power failures; computer failure and any such circumstances beyond its reasonable control as may cause interruption, loss or malfunction of utility, transportation, computer (hardware or software) accidents; labor disputes; acts of civil or military authority; governmental actions; or inability to obtain labor, material, equipment or transportation; provided.
