how it works
1. tell us about your team
let us know how many people you're planning for, when your event is and where it's happening.
2. choose your paintings
pick one design for everyone, create a selection of various designs from our collection or create a bespoke design. our designs are contemporary, designed in the UK and made to become something you'll actually want to take home afterwards.
3. we send everything you need
each team member gets their own complete paint by numbers kit with a numbered canvas, enough paint to have fun and brushes.
4. paint together
no onboarding required. no previous painting experience required.
just make sure they have a free table, turn on the music and start painting.

frequently asked questions
do people need painting experience?
not at all. that's the point. every section of the canvas is numbered to match its paint colour, so complete beginners can start immediately.
can everyone choose a different painting?
yes. your team can all paint the same design or we can create a mixed selection.
how many kits can we order?
we recommend getting in touch for orders of 10 or more kits. for particularly large events, we'll work with you directly on quantities and logistics.
do we need someone to run the workshop?
no. paint by numbers is self-guided, so you don't need an artist or instructor. if you're organising your own event, simply set out the kits and let everyone get started.
can you ship kits directly to employees?
tell us what you're planning when you enquire and we'll confirm the shipping options available for your event.
how far in advance should we order?
the earlier the better, particularly for larger groups. tell us your event date when you enquire and we'll confirm what we can accommodate.
