How do I upload my photo?

once you select your product, you can click the "Choose file" button under the product options.

Is my photo ok?

we can use almost any photo including screenshots or social media downloads to create the custom illustration.

but if the quality is too low, we will get in touch with you before we begin production.

When will it arrive?

each Kit is custom-made so as you can image, it can take a long time to produce and ship to you!

most kits will arrive in 2-4 weeks, depending on your location. If you haven't received it after this timeframe, please get in touch with us using the chat box or via email

Can I get this by Christmas?

please allow 2 weeks for you to receive your kit.
