1. How long does it take to finish my Personalised Paint by Numbers Kit?
Usually between 5 to 10 hours. Perfect for a weekend of festive vibes or a few slow evenings with hot chocolate and a playlist.
2. Do I need any extra supplies?
Nope! The kit includes everything you need: canvas, paints, and brushes. Just grab some water for rinsing your brushes and a surface to paint on.
3. Can I frame my painting when it’s finished?
Absolutely. Once your painting is dry, you can frame it for your kitchen, dining area, or wherever you want a splash of cosy charm. A simple wooden frame works beautifully.

1. Pick a colour - match the number on paint pot with the number on canvas.
2. Paint - start painting from the opposite of your painting hand. for example, if you're right handed, start painting from the left to avoid resting your hand on a wet area.
3. Relax - get lost in your own painting. turn on your favourite music or podcast, or invite your friends for a little screen-free socials.

rolled canvas is rolled in protective tube, it will need to be flattened before painting.
we strongly recommend going for the stretched canvas as it gives you a better painting experience!

Which canvas type is better?
stretched canvas is mounted on a timber frame to offer an easier painting experience. this makes the surface very stable so you don't have to worry about anything else but painting. once you're done, you can directly mount it on the wall or add an outer frame for a premium look.
rolled canvas is great for experienced painters. you can clip your canvas to a flat board while you paint. you can take your finished painting to a local framer or put it inside a glass frame to hang it up.
we strongly recommend going for the stretched canvas as it gives you a better painting experience!
Which size should I choose?
Generally, the more complex the design, the bigger the canvas you need.
The compact (30x40cm / 12"x16") size tends to work well with most designs.
We've included a recommended size type for each design as a guide, but of course you can go smaller or bigger as you wish!
How do I upload my photo?
once you select your product, you can click the "Choose file" button under the product options.
Is my photo ok?
since we try to match your image pixel by pixel, please make sure that you choose an image with good lighting. unfortunately we can't make any changes once your image is uploaded 🥵
if you'd like a challenge, pick a detailed image and avoid large empty spaces (like the sky) because it will be converted into pretty much white space on the canvas!
if you want something nice and easy, choose a simple image with plain background. Our illustrated and pop art styles are actually perfect for this!
Can I gift this to someone?
absolutely! you can either paint it for them, or let them do it themselves. either way, somebody will enjoy the mindful exercise and a neat painting on their wall!

each kit is custom-made so as you can image, it can take a long time to produce and ship to you!
